Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and your subscription/plan.
• Microsoft authorization: when you connect an account, Microsoft issues us an access/refresh token so we can act on your behalf. We store these tokens encrypted.
• Email and calendar content: we access your messages and events only when a request you make in Claude requires it (for example, summarizing unread mail or checking your schedule).

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the Service - to carry out the email and calendar actions you ask Claude to perform, and to manage your account and subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your email or calendar for advertising or to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Atlas:

• Microsoft - the source of your email and calendar, accessed via Microsoft Graph with your consent.
• Anthropic (Claude) - your requests and the data needed to answer them pass through Claude, which you already use.
• Lemon Squeezy - our Merchant of Record, which processes payments and holds your billing details.
• Neon and Fly.io - our database and hosting providers, which store account data and encrypted tokens.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. Microsoft access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what is required to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Retention and your choices

You can disconnect a Microsoft account at any time, which revokes our access. You can cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account and stored tokens by emailing us. You may also revoke access directly from your Microsoft account security settings. We retain account data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
