Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Atlas (“the Service”), operated by Atlas Solutions (“we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Atlas does
Atlas is a software connector, built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), that lets you use your Microsoft Outlook email and calendar inside Anthropic's Claude - reading, drafting, sending, and scheduling. Atlas is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft or Anthropic.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your personal connector link and your account access secure, and for all activity under your account. You must connect only Microsoft accounts you are authorized to use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Atlas is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; your card is authorized at sign-up but not charged until the trial ends. After the trial, your plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Atlas to break the law, to send spam or bulk unsolicited email, to access data you are not authorized to access, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your data
Atlas accesses your email and calendar only to carry out the requests you make through Claude. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your content.
6. Service availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we depend on third-party services (Microsoft, Anthropic, and our infrastructure providers) that may change or become unavailable. Always review AI-generated drafts before sending.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated date. You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
