Refund Policy

We want you to only pay for Atlas if it works for you. This policy explains trials, cancellations, and refunds.
7-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorized at sign-up but not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (the “Manage billing” button in your Atlas workspace). Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because of the free trial, you can evaluate Atlas fully before any charge. If you are charged and believe you are entitled to a refund - for example, a technical issue prevented you from using the Service - contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, and are also subject to their buyer terms.
